11 gauge one-piece steel decks mounted on 2.5” solid steel post with 30” high 1 5/8”
O.D., 11 gauge pipe hand supports. Utilizes governor to control speed. All components
are powder-coated.
POWDER-COATING SYSTEM: All parts shall be steam cleaned with iron phosphate to
provide better corrosion and adhesion and have a baked-on electrostatically applied
polyester dry powder coating. All products shall be oven baked at 400 degrees
Fahrenheit to ensure superior paint adhesion.
HARDWARE: We use stainless steel, vandal-resistant hardware: button head cap screws.
Hex and carriage bolts, washers, lock nuts.
For ages 5-12, can accommodate 6 children. Maximum weight recommended is 2,000
lbs. total.
